8 Day Adventure

Our all-inclusive 8 Day Adventure is packed with even more astounding single track riding. The scenery just tops off this road trip, leaving you with unforgettable moments and a craving to do it all over again. Explore coastal rolling tracks to technical pine forest trails, then sit back and enjoy a well earned locally brewed beverage at the end of your ride! This 8 day road trip introduces you to some of the best mountain bike trails of Wanaka, Queenstown, Alexandra, Clyde, Nasbey, Oamaru and Dunedin. Each of these riding destinations is characterized by their own distinct terrain.

Freeride NZ has included many extras during this trip, such as a Wanaka heli bike and even surfing lesson at St Clair beach, during our stay in Dunedin! It all makes for an exciting road trip and one of the best ways to experience the Otago region.

The riding trails are all off road including purpose built biking trails, coastal rolling trails, flowing forest signal track, rough 4x4 and sometimes no trail at all. We use our vehicle as shuttling for the down hill trails.

Bikes & Gear

Our rental fleet includes 2007 freeride - dual suspension 'commencal' mountain bikes. These are the top of the line 6inch of travel in the front and rear with hydraulic brakes. Price: $300 for the 8 day adventure.
Freeride NZ recommends body armour to be worn while riding. If you don't have any Gear or Pads please contact us and we can supply them.

We are more than happy for you to bring your own bike and equipment if it's of a high standard and in good condition.
